Based on the challenges identified across Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, and Italy (Comparative Report and Civic Champions Brochure), a set of indicators is developed to track the situation of CSOs in terms of freedoms, challenges, ongoing developments, and emerging threats. These indicators also include those covering the experiences of victims of physical, verbal, or digital attacks, especially in the context of protected characteristics such as LGBTQ+, migrants, and other marginalized groups.
