1. Submit Information Once per Organisation: Each organisation should submit one response through the survey, compiling all relevant incidents. Please coordinate internally to ensure all inputs are included in a single submission.
2. Email Verification: After registering, you will receive a verification email. Follow the instructions to verify your address.
3. Log In and Access the Survey: Once verified, return to the homepage and click Login. You will then be able to access and complete the survey.

By reporting incidents, you are contributing to a collective effort to document challenges, raise public awareness, and advocate for policies that protect civic space.
